Lake Wilderness home owners association is located in wonderful Maple Valley Washington located just east of Kent and Covington, and north of Black Diamond. The city owned Lake Wilderness Golf Course winds through the 170 homes included in the association.
The purpose of the Home Owners Association is to oversee the upkeep of the neighborhood. This includes both common areas, as well as ensuring that homeowners abide by the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions.

Bylaws are formally adopted governing regulations for the administration and management of the association. Association bylaws are available on the HOA website.
The Lake Wilderness HOA Homeowners Association has a number of rules and regulations that you should be familiar with called Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). The purpose of the CC&Rs is to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership, and architectural uniformity of the homes within Lake Wilderness HOA. . The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for administering the Covenant’s, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). This includes reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of a Lake Wilderness HOA homeowner property. Some examples are exterior paint, fence designs, tool shed, walkway, etc. The ACC also enforces CC&R items such as home and yard maintenance to ensure that Lake Wilderness HOA remains a desirable community to live in while protecting homeowner investment.
