Lake Wilderness Country Club is located in wonderful Maple Valley, Washington located just east of Kent and Covington, and north of Black Diamond. The city-owned Lake Wilderness Golf Course winds through the 170 homes within the association.
The purpose of the Lake Wilderness CC Homeowners Association is to oversee the upkeep of the neighborhood. This includes both common areas, as well as ensuring that homeowners abide by the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions.
The Association is administered and managed by a volunteer board consisting of six directors elected from among the homeowners at the annual meeting. You may contact the Board by by contacting the Property Management Company, Around the Clock, Inc, or by sending email to themanagementteam@lwhoa.com.
Bylaws are formally adopted governing regulations for the administration and management of the association. Association bylaws are available at the resident-only Around the Clock Property Management Portal.
The Lake Wilderness HOA has a number of regulations that current residents should be familiar with called Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R). The purpose of the CC&Rs is to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership, and architectural congruity of the homes within Lake Wilderness Country Club. Association CC&Rs are available on the Around the Clock Property Management Portal.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for applying the CC&Rs for exterior changes by reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of Lake Wilderness HOA properties. Some examples of changes requiring review are exterior paint, fence designs, tool shed, walkway, amongst others.
Lake Wilderness HOA contracts with Around the Clock, Inc. to assist with CC&R enforcement and the business aspects of the homeowners association. Information on how to contact our representatives at Around the Clock, Inc. can be found on the contact us page of the website.
