LWHOA RULES AND REGULATIONS UPDATE:

The Lake Wilderness HOA (LWHOA) Board of Directors reviewed the proposed rules and regulations change to Recreational Vehicles (RVs) parking within the LWHOA community.  The proposed change was not approved at this time

LWHOA BOARD MEETING UPDATE:  

Board meetings are currently being held virtually.  If you have any questions or comments please send them to James at Around the Clock (themanagementtteam@lwhoa.com), so that they may be included or addressed during the monthly meeting

LAKE WILDERNESS GOLF COURSE UPDATE:

The Lake Wilderness Golf Course will be reopening on May 5th.  Dust the clubs off and play well!

SPRING CLEANING:  

We have received quite a few comments from homeowners regarding trees that hang over sidewalks and/or vegetation that extends onto the sidewalks. Please take some time this spring to trim back those trees that hang over sidewalks to a height of at least over 6ft, and to trim back any vegetation that has extended onto the sidewalks

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT:  

National Night Out has been postponed from the first Tuesday in August to the first Tuesday in October.  Due to our weather in October this may be challenging to undertake so more to come …

WITTE RD T-28B PHASE 2 – TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN:

No update at this time
