August 2016 Newsletter

National Night Out
Both the Fire Dept. and Police Dept. vehicles and personal were on hand at our August 2, 2016 event. A good time was had by all. Good food, ice cream, and water. A magician entertained the kids and adults with some good old magic. The event was well attended but we had room for more so next year mark your calendar and plan on attending. Keep an eye out for the date and time announcement in a future newsletter.

Traffic Issues / Witte Road Construction
The Board has appointed a Traffic Committee to address mitigating solutions that could help slow down drivers within our HOA and make them more aware of just how fast that they are going. The committee is studying various options and welcomes any suggestions and/or comments. Please address your thoughts to jfmcknightinc@gmail.com

Mail Box Replacement Phase 2

Breakfast at the Clubhouse
The golf course is now serving breakfast on the weekends. Hours are 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Good food at good prices. Give it a try.

September Paint Party
In September we are having a fence painting party. We will be repairing a couple of sections of the white fence between the 15th tee and the 18th green. The golf course will be supplying the materials and we will be supplying the labor to make it look nice.
