UPCOMING PROJECTS: 

1. Neighborhood Speeding:  The LWHOA Board will be meeting with the City of Maple Valley to determine the implementation timeline for the “no cost” options of Painting the Speed Limit of 25 MPH on the Road as well as the Short Term Installation of an Electronic Speed Sign.
2. Front Entrance Landscape Update:  The front entrance to our neighborhood will be receiving a much needed update the week of March 20th to include a river rock theme and drought resistant vegetation.  Annual flowers will be planted by volunteer homeowners to provide a pop of color after the update has been completed, with a future plan of planting bulbs during the fall season.
3. Mailbox Replacement Update:  The LWHOA Board will be replacing the 1^st mailbox on the right as you enter the association due to age and condition.  Homeowners will be notified of the replacement steps and completion date.

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

No Solicitation signs have been installed at the front entrance.  With the placement of the signs, please follow these steps if a Peddler trespasses upon your property:

• Request their Business License #
• Contact the Maple Valley Police @ 425-413-5158 to report a solicitation violation

STREET PARKING:

Would you be surprised to learn that the more cars parked on your street lower the value of your house?  It does according to Zillow!  Cars parked on the street give the appearance of a cluttered and congested neighborhood.  Remember, our CC&Rs specifically state (Article VI, Section 10) “No vehicle shall be parked or kept on the roadways other than temporary guests.”  Please be considerate of your neighbors and utilize your garage and driveway.

LAKE WILDERNESS COUNTRY CLUB EVENTS:

The Lake Wilderness Country Club is currently undergoing some dining enhancements, including new items being added to the menu, consistent dining hours, and new venues such as a Jazz band, “Moe Ribbs Blues Band,” who perform on the 1^st Friday of the month at 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

LWHOA BOARD MEETING LOCATIONS:

Please feel free to attend the monthly HOA Board Meetings, which occur the 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 5:15 p.m.  For the months of January, February, and March these will be held at 25512 224^th Court SE; across from the 10^th green.

The remaining HOA Board Meetings (April, May, July, August, September, October, and November) will be located at the Lake Wilderness Golf Course Clubhouse.  We hope to see you!
